    一番かわいい先生、ありがとうございます。 質問があるんですが、教えていただけませんか。Would you say that this "てから form", in comparison to "た後で", is more suited with expressions like "先に" or ending forms like "命令形" or "た方がいい"?

  • @MasaSensei

    @MasaSensei

    3 жыл бұрын

    "てから form" and "た後で" are interchangeable! So for example: with expressions like "先に" ・先にご飯を食べてから、テレビを見ます。 ・先にご飯を食べたあとで、テレビを見ます。 ending forms like "命令形" ・勉強をしてから、すぐに寝なさい! ・勉強をしたあとで、すぐに寝なさい! ending forms like "た方がいい" ・勉強をしてから、すぐに寝た方がいいですよ。 ・勉強をしたあとで、すぐに寝た方がいいですよ。 Hope this is clear:)

    Thank you sensei! I have a question. When I say '友達がアメリカに帰ってから寂しいです', does that mean 'when my friend GOES back to America, i will be lonely.' ?? Then what should I say when I wanna say 'when my friend WENT back to America, i felt lonely.' ??

  • @MasaSensei

    @MasaSensei

    Жыл бұрын

    because てform+から means "after...", 友達がアメリカに帰ってから寂しいです means " After my friend went back to America, I feel lonely" 'when my friend WENT back to America, i felt lonely" is 友達がアメリカに帰ったとき、寂しかったです とき is "when". please check out this video! kzread.info/dash/bejne/Z5qcytJvfJjcn6Q.html

    Hello! What is the difference in meaning between using te form to connect two verbs versus using te + kara to connect two verbs ? 仕事が終わって、私は映画を見ます 仕事が終わってから、私は映画を見ます。 私は休んで、勉強した。 私は休んでから、勉強した。 Both seem to suggest "after (this action) , then (this action)"? から does not seem necessary ?

    Hi Masa Sensei, I hope you are doing well. I have confusion in using particle "o" and "ga". Sometimes you use ga particle in first example and you use O perticle in your last example. Can you explain it why?

  • @MasaSensei

    @MasaSensei

    2 жыл бұрын

    Please watch this video for " o " kzread.info/dash/bejne/k3emrthwhdC_n6g.html When "o" is placed after a noun, that indicates that the noun is the direct object. Below are a sentence examples of the "o" particle being used as a direct object marker. Kinou eiga o mimashita. 昨日映画を見ました。--- I watched the movie yesterday. Kutsu o kaimashita. 靴を買いました。--- I bought shoes. Chichi wa maiasa Koohii o nomimasu. 父は毎朝コーヒーを飲みます。--- My father has coffee every morning. Please watch this video for " ga " kzread.info/dash/bejne/hYB6lsSCebS7ZdI.html While "o" marks the direct object, some English verbs used in Japanese take the particle "ga" instead of "o". There are not many of these verbs, but here are some examples. hoshii 欲しい --- to want suki 好き --- to like kirai 嫌い --- to dislike jyouzu 上手 -- good at heta 下手 -- bad at arimasu -- have imasu -- have
