I am 68 and have been shaving my head for five years. It is so freeing and I wish I had known years ago. I save soooo much money and time and feel I am me. By shaving my head it is easier to see my spirit.
This bring me SO MUCH JOY!
Liz is the coolest
First of all Abby your hair looks amazing, Elizabeth rocking the cut ! Love you real, beautiful people!! I use to have my head shaved, it was liberating! Fantasize about doing it again. It would come in all gray!!

I’m so confused - where is the full podcast? I can’t find any links in the description or on the KZread channel. Where can I listen to the full episode?
god I wanna shave my head so bad.
I shaved my head for a friend in 2001. It was fun, I i did it myself, I instantly looked like a monk. I was ALL features. But it was April in New England and it was VERY cold even with hats. And when it grows back in, it's very stickily and it hurts to lay down, like stickers. I've cut my own hair since 1992. It grows quickly in the warmer months. I have to trim it every two weeks if I have a preferred length in mind. It took for-evah to grow back from shaved with a clipper. But I loved the simplicity and less shampoo etc. kzread.info/dash/bejne/d6x-ktuJaJy-edY.htmlsi=QcFmkizx4rFzOogu
