I got inspired by You to leave my life in Warsaw behind and move to the UK. My life changed and I am really happy now, so Thank You😊

This made me cry in a “wow I didn’t realize I needed that” way. I forgot how healing Elizabeth is for my soul! Needless to say I subscribed for the full year. I’m a working mother of two very young bebes, so it’s not because I think I’ll be able to take full advantage of the subscription but I did it because I want to support everything Elizabeth does and especially this project. She is a gift to the world; this project is a gift to the world. Thank you for everything you do!

You came to Portland, Maine, back when I had no idea who you were... Several women friends and I attended your talk. I took my notebook and wrote in the dark of that auditorium all you were saying about the creative process and tapping into "the invisible". It was then, before "BEST SELLING AUTHOR" ever appeared on any covers, that I tapped into whatever you wrote as if cheering on a real friend. My own half a century of journal writings have without question saved my own life. I totally get what you are doing and look forward to joining you. I've finished my first novel.. I know it will find just the right home. Love is the mysterious life force that has both perplexed and guided this entire small, perfect planet. May all truly tap into this magic along with you. Carry on, Liz.

You had me at "a feeling of incredible vertigo..." (0:57). At this very beginning of October, at the end of the full moon cycle, I am, quite literally, experiencing feelings of vertigo. I am experiencing the stepping into a new life, which is yet to reveal itself, although I do have a strong sense of vision and awareness of what I will be doing. This is very different to what I have been doing all of my life. It is a life of embracing and living out of my Magnificence. And of course, living from love in its holistic and multi-dimensional expression, is what I will be doing, being and living from.

Ohhhh Liz Liz Liz Liz Liz…. that thread of psychic connection I (and so many others) have felt with you is alive and strong! I had no clue what day it was, only that I woke up knowing it was the day I admit the whole truth to myself and start living it. I had an incredibly difficult conversation with my husband that I’ve been avoiding and has been tearing me up inside for months, maybe even years. I picked today, of all days. I changed my life in 2008 because of EPL, then you helped change my life again in 2016 when you chose my essay for your 10th anniversary anthology. And now here we are. I’ve been practicing radical authenticity lately after reading Martha Beck’s The Way of Integrity (twice!) and today felt like the day to really roll out the truth. Bless you, Liz, for having the courage to write this inspiring, witty and heart-full memoir.✨❤️✨ Sadly and astonishingly, I had never read EPL until this past November. 😮 But boy, has my life been delightfully enriched having FINALLY done so! I didn’t know why I was compelled to read EPL until just now, discovering that September 3rd is its birthday. On Sept 3, 2022, my amazing mom unexpectedly passed away. I was in deep, dark sadness for over a year. Life had lost its spark for me. Life was no longer interesting or fun or joyful. And then, in October 2023, I decided that what I needed most was to read a FUN book! With no external prompting whatsoever, the book that came to mind out of nowhere and kept insisting me to read was EPL! While reading it, I was able to take a break from my life of grief and enter your life of glorious travel, Liz. To my amazement, I was able to laugh again! And… to feel JOY again. 😍 Whether or not there is any cosmic significance about the shared date of EPL’s birthday and my mom’s transcendence, it doesn’t matter. I CHOOSE to think there is, because EPL felt like a loving gift from the heavens (and I don’t believe synchronicities are random). Dear Liz, I will be forever grateful for your gift of EPL and how it inspired me to feel true joy again. Bless you!!! ✨❤️🥰❤️✨ And I LOVE your Love Letters intention and concept! Joining now! This hit me just at the right time. I hate my job, but only because I have a controlling and rigid supervisor who is going through some weird unspoken challenge that then sends its tendrils out to everyone around her. But I guess at my age of 63, I'm so close to retirement that I feel I have no choice except to clench my teeth and tough it out. It has ground me down to the edge of what I feel must be depression, and I fight it every day, often having these thoughts about this person the second I open my eyes and as I'm falling asleep. Sadly this situation has led me to stop writing, or just writing rants instead of something creative and fun. Thankfully, I have very supportive co-workers and staff, as well as wonderful loving friends. Letters from Love sounds like a great practice and I need to do this.. Thank you!

I remember so clearly learning about the existence of the book watching you on Oprah and after the episode was done, I basically fled my building and drove to every bookstore until I found a copy! Congrats on the anniversary, your impact on so many and your return to your EPL community x

Wow, Wow, WOW! First, HAPPY BIRTHDAY EPL! There were SO many confirmations for me during this video. The video ITSELF is a confirmation. Eat, Pray, Love changed my life when I was 16. I declared then that I would one day go on my own EPL journey. Fast forward 13 years to a few weeks ago, I began thinking about EPL again, and then Julia Cameron's 'The Artist Way' popped up a few times over the last couple weeks. But it wasn't until I decided to check out the reviews of 'The Artist Way' and saw your commentary about it, and because of that, I got the book. This was yesterday. Now this video pops up today 😲🤯 AND you mentioned your trip to Costa Rica, which is where the start of my EPL Journey will begin in January! 😲 I'm quite literally (well not totally, lol) speechless. Thank you, Elizabeth for getting on the plane in 2004. Thank you for sharing your journey with the world. Thank you for being that beacon to show others what's possible. I’m one of your biggest fans., I believe I’ve read all of your books. I’m also a fellow writer and Earth explorer. I’ve also lived many lives in this one. So I can relate to your journey. I dealt with self-love issues in my early 20s.. 2 docs on my chnl might interest you.. How to love yourself and The love needed to succeed. I agree with you that the fountain of love is within ourselves and to tap into that is endless love. One thing I have done in life during times of sadness or boredom is write about it to myself. I always say “we need to write down what is floating around between our ears” so we can see it for all it is. Every time I have done that I found my way to the next chapter of my life. When I read this book, I don’t remember if it was for my bookclub or not, but I found it so annoying. All that me, me, me, me got under my skin and was so irritating. Years later and now that I’m in a journey of self discovery and turning inwards I recognize a lot in me. I hope to find similar courage to go places inside and out I never knew were possible. How did you decide on how long to spend in each country before you went? Did you get all one way tickets to each place initially. Did you fly directly from Italy to India etc? It's come to me that I need to do something like that for myself and you're an inspiration. I've leapt and restarted my life many times, but this feels terrifying. Thank you for this video, it's reminded me of a lifelong dream to travel the world in a time when I've been in crisis and feeling so lost and uninspired to dream up new possibilities for my life.
