Lia Block would take her first O2WD class win at Olympus Rally 2023. This will likely be the first of many wins for the 16-year-old Block. This is only Lia’s second year of rallying and only her second event in the Subaru BRZ she’s running this season. She’s gonna have a fight on her hands the rest of the season if she wants to take the O2WD Championship home. As Lia will have to fend off more experienced drivers such as David Clark and Micah Nickelson to achieve this.
Both Lia and Lucy Block would finish in the top 10 at Olympus Rally. With Lia finishing seventh overall and Lucy finishing ninth. This is the first time this has happened this season and it likely won’t be the last. As both drivers have what it takes to consistently finish in the top 10 at every event in which they attend.

The Olympus Rally was part of the first U.S. Rally Championship held in 1973. It later became a World Rally Championship round from 1986-1988. In 2008, the then Rally America event moved from its original location near Olympia, Washington, to the border of Idaho, 300 miles east. In 2009 the event returned to the Olympic peninsula. The rally's setting is an enthralling mix of dense forest and clear-cut terrain. On hiatus since 2012, the event returned in 2015 to the Rally America National Series before becoming a part of the American Rally Association National Championship Series in 2016.
