Do you use save states beetwen battles? I have a team similar to yours and other pokemons that I trained in yellow. Even so, I can't complete the cup, when I do it's with luck. Usually the game has more "luck" than me when it comes to hitting critical attacks, it has happened more than once that I use "Double Team" 6 times in a row with Starmie, the game has hit me 3 times in a row with psyc and in the 3 times was a critical hit.

I dont understand. I have a Alakazam on level 50, I put 10 vitamins on him to improve his speed. Even with that, the Haunter(on battle 3), that are in the same level are more faster. The Haunter is more faster than both my Alakazam and Raichu. Do you know if the move affect the speed? I know that quick attack have priority, but Haunter always attack me first, even with other moves.

You need to make sure you are training Alakazam on pokemon that will improve his speed Ev’s - round 2 pokemon have max EV’s

@@sephondranzer I change some pokémons from my team, in the end, i focus on speed and use all vitamins before train with low level Nidorans.
