I didn't understand the phrase "LESS". Like the writer says in the start of every chapter. For example at 39.40 or something the writer mentioned " Say right thing at the right time.........LESS" whats with the "LESS" phrase can anyone explain please?

Hi @tariqshaw, The narrator mentioned "Les" at the start of every chapter as part of " Les Parrott " contibution to this book. As the author also mentioned sometimes "John" when it is John Maxwell part. I hope this helps and answer your question.
