@@Gaboss27 It depends on your state. For example in Missouri and Kansas, they both have 100 National questions and 40 State. Texas only has 85 National and 40 State. You might google: "How many questions are on the ______ Real Estate Exam" and put your state in that blank and it will tell you.

In which state did you take your test ???

Method of teaching and material covered is well presented. The music in the background is distracting. Instructors voice is all that needed. Thank you for presenting the material. 🙏

OMG...I justed started my pre licensing cours on line. This is by far the best teaching for me. I am 60 years old and you explain it in such a way I understand. So many have extra verbage that confuses. Do you have a video for beginners?

best test question video. this is good stuff

Passed today on the first try, your videos were great help. I pulled out all the stops and got some great advice from peers. I spent the days prior to testing taking National and state practice tests, one of each a day, and made flash cards of everything I got wrong or didn’t know. I did little studying on test day and kept my brain fresh. I used ginkgo biloba, a well known herb that increases blood flow to the brain. I listened to Brahms in the 30 minutes before the test. I meditated in silence for 3 minutes before testing and took 60 second breaks during the test to meditate with my eyes closed and lower my heart rate. I used every minute of the time. I skipped every question I didn’t know, marked and revisited questions I had a 50/50 shot with, and saved all the math questions on the National for the end so I could switch my brain to math-mode instead of concept-mode, and then answered them all at once. The best advice I got was about maximizing the ability to skip questions you simply don’t know the answer to. DO NOT ANSWER if you’re guessing. In Oregon once you answer you can not un-answer. I learned that during the test and that was at least four of my wrong answers because I clicked a guess and committed myself, and was unable to change my mind and choose to not answer. If you choose to use ginkgo biloba, get the tincture and not the pills, and use it for a practice test so the effects aren’t a surprise, it can seem a little weird at first. It’s not intoxicating but you will feel flushed because it increases blood flow. Good luck!

Great brake down and video was very understanding

I just passed the national exam today. I wouldn't worry too much about these questions but more on the vocabulary. Learn the vocabulary and math and you should be good to go. The questions are worded completely different than all the questions you get on KZread

Passed state on 4th time. 5th time taking national on Saturday. First 2 times I took it I was being. Didn’t study. Went on a date the weekend before. Got 57. 3rd time I took it I studied the night before all night long and finally comprehended the information… EASIEST EXAM OUT THE 3… missed a couple and got a 72. So close. 4th time I studied for literally 3 days straight. I understand and know all the vocabulary words, forms of agency, title transfer, and all, but it WAS THE HARDEST EXAM this time. The way the worded the questions was just ridiculously tough. 5th time Saturday now focusing mainly on practice questions and math.

Every state is similar in those test questions. I’ve heard California has fewer math questions than all of the other states though so that can be good. Best wishes to you on passing the test and having a wonderful real estate career.
