As a aside Rob I follow you through the week and look forward to each of your podcasts. My Grandad was a dedicated Toon fan and took me to my first game in 1967! Keep up the good work kidda!

Sitting in Suburban Maryland I'm pretty sure you are taking the Dog Leap Steps immortalized by Dire Straits.

When I'm home I usually use the Millenium and Swing Bridge to cross, with at least one cross of the Tyne Bridge. Haven't walked over the High Level since I was a lad. Great views. I'll definitely cross it when I come home next time.
