Ingredients: dried anchovies (50g), 2 leeks, 1 cartouche, 1 clove of garlic, ripened kimchi (400g), Korean soy sauce for soup, wheat flour (405)
1.Mix 400ml flour (405) with 150ml of water
2.and knead the dough for about 10 minutes
3. Leave the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes
4. Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces
5.Cut the leeks in slices
6.Please remove the internal organs of the dried anchovies before using them
7. take a mixer / unfortunately my mixer is broken
8.It's pretty hard to finely chop the anchovies
9. Bring 1100ml of water to a boil and add the finely chopped anchovies, let everything boil
400g of ripened kimchi
10. 1 leek
11. 1 potato
12. Add 1 clove garlic
13. After about 5 minutes, let it cook over low heat
14. Pluck the dough into small, bite-sized pieces and add it directly to the soup
15. Season the soup with 2 1 / 2EL soy sauce for soup, a little salt and pepper
16.Allow everything to medium heat until the slices are cooked, and the soup is ready to be consumed.

    와우 얼큰김치수제비~~ 감기걸려 고생하는데 시~원하게 한그릇먹으면 뚝 떨어지겠네요. 멸치다지면 온전히 다먹을수 있어 더 좋겠는데요~~!!! 굿입니다^^

    멸치는 어디서 구입하셨나요? 저희동네 에데카에도 없는데...ㅜㅜ

    Jini 멸치는 .... 한국에서 가져왔어요. 온라인 한인마트에서 구입가능할듯해요^^
