I went to watch the movie in theaters with my mom and after the movie was done , we walked to the BK 40 feet away from the exit , got the meal with the gold pokemon card inside the pokeball , idk how i remember that still but something i still have to this day in a box somewhere.

I miss the good quality plushies that they used to sell and my father would always get it for me.

I remember McDonald's giving cassette tapes with music. That's my favorite as a kid.

If I knew of anything like this in my area, I'd be all over it.

This is gold my dude, gold!!!!!!!! When my kid was in elementary school, I'd chaperone at recess and all the kids called me "NOT THE MOMMA" . I had a Dinosaurs tshirt and educated them on the classic "BABY". good stuff as always!!

I think the most memorable McDonald's toy for me was those tiny keychain lightsabers. The kids on the McDonald's Playplace would have turf wars based on the color of the lightsaber they got in their happy meal.

QUARTER DAY

This video gave my so much nostalgia! My favorite was the gold plated Pokémon cards with the Pokéballs at Burger King. Also I had to have all the Disney Lion king plates and cups and I loved Lisa Frank, and had every Polly Pocket toy there was.

Loved the Garfield & Muppet babies with vehicles, the McNugget buddies were dope & of course anything Nintendo! Can’t forget Stompers!

I found a 50 cent day a few years ago. Trust me everybody it is sooo awesome to find one! Love you and your channel, glad I found it. Happy collecting! 😃😃😃

Wow! What a set up! I would have been there all day long! This is the first time I’ve ever heard about a .25 cent day, EVER! I was grown and had two children the first time I ever ate at McDonald’s! Those Batman cups at 7:18 are awesome brings back alot of memories. The Ritter cup was the most common one while Batman I believe was really hard to come by.

I was also OBSESSED with the Toy Story line from BK when the movie came out. I had a full set minus RC. Problem was he was recalled and never ended up finding him

Those were my favorite too... I actually have a few of them.. Someone (Gonzo, I believe...) on a Big Wheels, baby Kermit in a yellow high chair. So nostalgic. :)

Speaking of just missing an awesome toy... years ago I went to a Goodwill and was in the toy section and saw this lady putting 4 sealed boxes of 1980s Strawberry Shortcake dolls into her cart. They were priced at $2 each. Just made me sick haha 😄

I use to have those power ranger toys minus the burger king big head. I also had the Rufio toy and two of those Batman Forever glasses. Wow great trip down memory lane. Thanks fir sharing.

My local thrift store used to do a 25 cent clothes section. Place went out of business because of COVID. But that was heaven for me, especially with three kids when I couldn't try things on, I'd just grab 4 and hope for one!

They are smart with a great way to help move stock and a great finds. Where we used to live whenever the catholic church would have the spring fling and fall festival in order to move stock from the thrift store and from the donations to sale,they would have various tables that sold items from a nickle to two dollars, these items they sell from 12noon until2pm to 5pm or until the time its over that weekend,its a church fundraiser. I like that flea market I would be there every year whnever they have bless them. Thank you st.joseph!!!!

I remember having a Batmobile toy that had a button on the top where the cockpit would shoot out the front. I believe it was for Batman Returns.

That Trivia Adventure game was our go to game in the 80s. Di much so that we had to sip playing because we memorized all of the answers. Awesome game!

The stoppers on those water games used to perish over time, so no surprise it was missing!

Love the derpy mario plush, it has a certain charm to it. Also looks great in the background of Pat & Ian's CUP podcast.

5:24 I loved the Food toys that McDonald's did In the 90's and early 2000 and burger king did star wars figures those were awesome!

I remember the Men in black toys with the agents that had slime on them, I was so excited for that movie and still one of my favorite movies of all time, I watch it like every year lol

I have been going through my parents stuff and my mom saved tons of junk from my childhood apparently. There was a whole trunk full of hot wheel and nascar cars. A couple bins of children's meal toys from the late 70s to the early 2000s, most still in wrappers. Lots of Barbies and her clothes and furniture pieces. My Dad also owned a bar so we have lots of old beer signs, cans, racks, etc. I know I'm sitting on a little money here but I feel so overwhelmed trying to sell it for a fair price without it becoming like a full time job.

Found your channel now I'm hooked! I wish in my area we had a place like that but we don't, because I absolutely love thrifting and I have so many Collectibles myself. People think I'm crazy when they see some of the stuff I have but they just don't know plus it's a throwback to when I was little! When I worked at a thrift store it was awesome we would get these bags of toys and half of it would be Collectibles from the 80s and 70s and I still have them the joys of perks of working for a thrift store

That was released as a tie-in with the Happy Meal's 15th anniversary, and it had characters from many different franchises, including Barbie, Sonic the Hedgehog, Peanuts, the Berenstain Bears, the 1984 version of Muppet Babies, Tiny Toon Adventures, and others. I still have some of the toys from that promotion from my childhood, namely Ronald in the Happy Meal-shaped engine, Sonic in a TV with a Model 2 Sega Genesis on top, and Snoopy in a pipe organ.

My favorite toy from a fast food chain was the Nickelodeon Action league now toys from Burger King in the 90s, I have some unopened and some on my Samsui that look over while I play my favorite GameCube games. The happy meal toy i most remember is the dinosaur transformers. They were in the shapes of the happy meal box and the shake cup. Found a few of them at my local second hand shop. My kids love them.

Most memorable burger King toy was the toy story figures from the 90s. I still have mine from when I was a kid. I think those are the only toys that I have from when I was a kid.

Love the vlog style videos.....Man, I remember those Batman Forever cups when they came out as a kid. Can't believe you got them for a quarter each. I also have that T2 DVD. So dang good. We don't have any quarter days that I know of. But I'm gonna start looking for them. Most of my places are $25 days, not $.25 days lol.
