For me the best way to make your world pretty is by expanding everything from your base. You first build your starter house, and then, you need a farm? Build a structure for it. You need a stable for your horse? Make it look good. You need to build something for all of your farms and maybe even adding things that have no purpose and are just there for looks. Of course, connecting everything with paths.

Love the random rock builds/idea. The whole idea of having radom stuff just around, is great. The walls and wall designs are simply fantastic. Really upping the game without being too complicated or over detailed, and still adding so very much over all when used correctly. Just awesome flow and feel overall.

imo the best mc worlds are created by just working with whats at hand (especially survival worlds) tends to make the world feel more Natural as Well Just last week i Started a world with my roommate and we spawned Close to a ravine. I wanted to build a starting base in it, my roommate however didnt think it would Turn Out good. I insisted we give it a shot and we ended Up completely transforming the Ravine into a Hobbit Style base with a Mine entrance and a Tunnel to the surface, looks awesome now. Just try working with what you got and Trust the process :D

One comment on the 3rd boat you showed. The direction of the flag indicates the direction of the wind, so that boat would be going backwards with the front sail facing the current direction. It would be more accurate/believable if the front sail was turned 90 degrees to catch the wind.

    I think it's a shader, not a texture

shaders not Textures, also idk which one he's using but if u wanna try some out yourself, then I recommend u either go for Complementary v4, bsl or project luma, and remember they're for java only. if u want better water, try project luma, it's much more realistic if u want soft light and low contrasted cinematic look, then go for bsl. And if u want a bit of both but also the vanilla look somewhat still present, try complementary v4

Just when I needed some boats. You always have the idea I need. For the mile markers do you have a set idea of how far is a mile? Or is it random? Love all these ideas.

theoretically, you should probably do a mile marker every 1609 blocks given a block is 1m :)
