The 24th ASEAN Lecture, delivered by H.E. Mr Saleumxay Kommasith, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lao PDR on 7 December 2023 at the ISEAS - Yusof Ishak Institute.
Lao People’s Democratic Republic has themed its ASEAN Chairmanship year "ASEAN: Enhancing Connectivity and Resilience". Sharing Lao PDR’s plans and priorities for 2024, Mr Kommasith highlighted possible areas of enhancement to continue building a more connected and resilient ASEAN.
