The perspective is definitely cool when you nail the shot. The distortion adds a dramatic effect.
Quick question, I just picked up an A7CII open-box and I noticed there’s a slight gap between the bottom two shutter blades. Does yours have the same slight gap between the shutter blades? It’s only noticeable when you’re looking down at it from an angle. Not sure if this impacts performance but want to make sure I dont have a defective camera

Shutter blades, meaning one of your lenses? Or are you talking about the shutter curtain? Send me a photo on IG because i can’t picture what you’re saying.
What do you think is the best 24mm lens that isn’t the GM?

Next best would be the sigma 24mm ART lens, but that is too big and heavy for this camera. Then it is a tie between the sigma 24mm F2 and the sony 24mm f2.5 G lens. I’d personally buy the sigma F2.
whats your ISO and shutter typically when you’re shooting when its too sunny? i have trouble with that

Aperture priority unless i’m trying to get blur. Iso in the sun is always set to 100. but if it’s closer to sunset i’ll do auto iso from 100-1000 to keep shutter from going below 1/125.
may i know if the Samyang 24mm has an extreme vignetting and distortion or is it not noticeable

i wouldn’t call it extreme but its definitely there. you don’t notice it though because of light room corrections.

Please try the viltrox 28mm 1.8 with glimmerglass 1 on it and maybe tiffen smoke 1

I’d definitely be down to try that one but not sure if I would buy it myself. Some of the reviews i watched weren’t too good.
