I would have absolutely of loved to but by the time we got to Lithuania unfortunately the game vs Bayern Munich was completely sold out so we had to settle for a local game. It was still good but I’ve seen videos on the euroleague atmosphere and it looks incredible. Have you been to a euroleague game? Thanks for watching 😀

My Home town now (well i live just outside Kaunas). The doughnuts have interesting ingredients, not like what we have in the UK. So many people get caught out by the Fenicular too, not knowing what happens. Kaunas Castle isn't the number one attraction either - 9th Fort is by far the best attraction. We learn about the 'difficult period between 1939 & 1945' in schools in the west. There you experience the true horror and despair that engulfed Kaunas and much of the Eastern Front. Anybody on here who has searched Kaunas and found this video looking for ideas - go to the fort.

Spurginè was a great bakery which felt like going back in time and the doughnuts were awesome! Our experience at the basketball was also incredible! I think the castle being in a very central location (touristy area) makes it easy to visit but if we had more time we would have visited the 9th fort too! Kaunas definitely offers plenty to do👍 thanks for watching 😀

not fort 9, you need to see fort 1 and fort 4, these are the most interesting forts, forts 9 and 7 tourist attraction

I have been to all forts I can get to, and agree mostly, but 9th is best as a tourist attraction which is what these guys are! Best to leave the best to the locals 😉

It’s an awesome city!

Went to a Euro league game in Kaunas in December 2023. Great game (they beat Munich) and the place was packed. I’m definitely a Žalgiris fan.

Ah we wanted tickets to that game but it was sold out. This game we attended was 2 days after the one you attended. They are a cool club and have passionate fans, especially at euroleague games. Thanks for watching 😀

You saw local league LKL for me it doesn't even exist... Euroleague its a different animal and definitely everyone should experience that🎉

Completely agree! Unfortunately the euroleague match that happened just a few days before vs Bayern was sold out! We did go to a Euroleague game in Belgrade and that was wild! Thanks for watching 👍
