PLASTIC LID ON BOILING MILK???? THATS SO UNHEALTHY AND MESSY ..and even if its some other material like silicone ..it will be so messy to wash it and the malai will be wasted too

Dry your wooden spatula under sunlight to keep away fungus... instead of rubbing oil on it... imagine a spatula that will later smell of stale oil.. yucks!
