And if we use a closed box for the dishwasher it will smell very badly during next use. And for chillies, better to remove its stick and keep in a airtight container instead of taking so much effort of washing them and wrapping in tissue etc.

@@sameerbhavsar8144 Exactly. And if your 'roti' is sticking like that on the hotplate or "Tava", it simply means it was not hot enough yet. No point in cutting a potato and cleaning your hands with it to remove onion smell. Wash the hand itself etc...
