I love how you show a breakdown of the workouts at all levels of "competition." It makes the whole thing much more accessible for most people versus just showing an elite athlete blowing the doors off. The elites are fun to watch but getting the whole picture is great. Phillip is so relatable.

These are my favorite workout recaps to watch. Phillip has been my spirit animal for the open. Watching elites is fun, but I'm not doing that. A quality box sit down is needed and appreciated. Foundations is fun because we're all so different. I used 95/65 for the weights, and did 144.

Thank you for showing all stages of fitness on these videos. Because of that, I am doing the open and feel confident even though I’m older 😊💪🏼❤️.

The correct standard is jumping chest to bar and not jumping chin over the bar for scaled in the first 5 rounds. The tips and form still apply just with the lower contact of chest/bar. Moving the hands slightly wider for the chest to have room to reach bar will greatly assist as well. Thank you for catching this and we greatly apologize for the oversight

Me parece hubo un error en la version escalado. Las pirmera 5 rondas es Jumping chest to bar y no Jumping chin up.

Scaled athlete didn’t have arms completely locked out and there wasn’t bar contact at the chest.

I think Tia is admirable for recognising she is not at her best and instead giving someone else a chance to shine, such as Syd Wells. Syd did such a great job duelling with Arielle. Interesting linkage Hiller makes re Frog grips. However if you research what Tia has as an injury, it makes sense.
