This woman is an underrated gem on KZread.
Awesome! Thanks for the tips. Always looking for alternatives to keep my body guessing .
So good. I’ve been having some knee joint pain and hip pain from sitting too much. This did the trick! Also worked my abs and got me sweaty!
Absolutely perfect for those of us that have no room to move about while doing these at home. Thanks so much

I needed this for getting my legs stronger
I remember some of these from when I studied martial arts in the 60’s and 70’s. Now that I am 69, it might be good to re-incorporate some of them into my morning yoga workout.
So many squats!!! Great intensity. Could you give some cues for foot positioning and muscle activation in the side lunge moves? Not sure if toes are forward or out slightly? Thanks for any tips. I love all of your videos!
I've checked out a lot of leg exercises- these are the best by far.

wow that was a heck of a workout, beat my butt :) thank you
waw very nice maam i like this video. i cant explain in words. please make other video for abdominal, back and shoulder. please please.
I watched the whole video and plan to do many of the exercises, but there are a few that I'm wondering if I can build up to doing. I'm 52 with a achy knees and old achilles tear, which in turn make me have a weak calf. Is it doable or are there alt exercises to eventually do the pulse split squat jumps, the toe squats, the rocking chair squats and plyo jacks? All the exercises look amazing.
Good multi joint movements. We'll be trying some of these.

I wish I could do one exercise what you do
This is GREAT! How many reps should I do per-leg?
@redefiningstrengthOC
3 ай бұрын
These are more just options to include in your routines to create progression. I wouldn't necessarily use all as a workout :-) But you can combine a few for interval work or reps and sets based on your goals!
Would love some more guidance..... I love your videos that give 20+ exercises to target specific areas, as I struggle changing things up. I really do desire to hit every muscle with different patterns & angles, but it's so easy to get in a rut. I'm sure in this video with all 23 exercises you are doing just that. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed though and wonder if you can give advise on how a person could breakdown doing all the exercises in this video so that I am hitting every muscle of the legs with variety in movement & patterns? I would think it is not recommended to do all 23 in one workout. Any suggestions how to break it up and the number of sets/reps to do. I like hitting legs at least twice a week at the gym, but I'm almost think with these body weight moves a person could do some legs everyday? Thank you for all the education and wide variety of exercises you post. I'm just starting to go through your Glute camp and excited to hopefully see some changes in my normal glute training.
@redefiningstrengthOC

So it's not that simple as how you use these will depend on your goals, current fitness level, training schedule. You'll see in my Glute Camp some great schedule options AND actually a great section on types of movements and tweaking moves. There are some great tips in there that will explain workout creation. You could even swap in some of these movees to those workout designs. This article may also interest you - redefiningstrength.com/how-many-reps-how-many-sets/
Great demo of exercises! Do you have any injuries or pain in your hips, knees, hamstrings...? Your stability is super!

Thanks! I'm curious...why do you ask? I suffered a hip injury long long ago and a high ankle sprain. Taught me the importance of activation so haven't had any problems since!

Redefining Strength I was really looking at your form and stabilization during each exercise. I have couple myself in knee, ankle, and hip and I am still working on stabilization for some time. Noticed that there wasn't any compensation (like I do) so I thought I would ask. Very solid movements.
@redefiningstrengthOC

Ah. Well I think we definitely all have imbalances and I definitely have them, but thank you! For me rolling, stretching and activation plus focusing more on what was working vs. just getting through the workout really helped. It's being intentional for sure!

Do you think if we do this as a circuit 4 or 6 times (like your others examples of core o burpees workouts), it's a good Idea ? Thank you😎😘
So can we follow along with you, or we have follow certain reps before moving on to next one?
Are we suppose to do the workout with you or do we break all of these out and do reps for each?
