I would worry about DeBrincat if he wasn't getting good chances. He gets 2-3 really good chances per game they will start going in. Fabbri is one of those players that always seems to step up a level when you need him. I am very interested to see how he plays in the playoffs.

DeBrincats playing great, but he can't catch a break right now putting the puck in the net. He's snake bit, but will break out of it eventually.

What a win! Best OT I’ve seen in a while. Larkin is playing his best hockey of the season. Meanwhile a lot of people eating their words on Chariot. Dude is so solid and lately has been very good offensively too. That OT drop pass to hit Larkin, who was the last man back, in stride was underrated. You have to imagine his dad passing away last season had to have been tough to play through. LGRW

This game was one of the best I’ve watched in a while from this team. And that OT goal was just perfect. Larkin made the beauty of a pass and Kane finished it course. Larkin is finally turning into a superstar. LGRW

He really doesn't. He didn't just gain new skills over the summer, he's always been a good skater and passer and can keep a play alive in the offensive zone

Credit Stevie, despite having no luck In the draft lottery, he’s done the next best thing and that’s build a very well-balanced team

The Lyon save on Byram in OT had me juiced! What a great game.

The feeling this game gave me. It was such a fun game to watch and I felt so much joy when Ken yelled that Kane scored the OT goal. Also, ALEX LYON IS A BEAST IN THE NET!

Oh dude if we didn’t have him in net it would’ve easily been a bad game, and that’s not me trying to dog on reimer or husso because they’re both great goaltenders but Lyon has that match to the aggressive teams and we DEFINITELY needed that in this game

Some people have complained that Lyon flops around too much. Those folks must not have watched Hasek back in the day (to be fair, they were probably still in diapers). He was all over the place. I love Lyon's playing style and you can tell he is giving his all. He is playing great right now.

The defense was fantastic, I didn’t get to watch the game but I can tell just by the highlights alone. Holding a team of Colorado’s caliber to 1 goal says a lot, Lyon fantastic per usual too.

As a HUGE Wings fan in CO since 2000, this was a definite highlight. Got 13th row for 3/6 here at the Ball. LGRW 🐙

Alex Lyon definitely in the top 3 goalies of the league this year. He’s been unbelievable and kept us in so many games this season.

Last night felt like a playoff game, as the intensity was up a major notch. Felt more like the old Wings vs. Avs rivalry. Two great teams with excellent goalies. Would make for a great Stanley Cup finals were both to get that far.

That must have been quite a game to generate such incredible highlights with only 3 goals being scored. awood at his best - great work as always. When buddy skated in unfettered from the blueline on Lyons in Overtime I thought awood had made an exception to his policy on showing wins only, but Lyons keeps us in it. Larkin's ceiling just keeps going up. Kane the magician with the puck. 3 wins - all of which wouldn't have been wins without the incredible goaltending we've been treated to. That has to keep up. LGRWs !!!

patty kane is worth 8 mill a year and we have him for under 3 because he turned down a multi year deal to play with pastrnak or goto winnepeg because he felt detroit was something special. i seriously hope we resign him for 1 more year if hes willing to take a minimal amount again to stay where it seems he loves playing. but lets not forget how great our captain is playing. second game in a row hes set up a GWG OT goal with a brilliant play

What an awesome game through and through on both sides. Both goalies were nearly unbeatable. High skill level by both teams on display.

As an old school wings fan that can remember clear as day the beef these two teams once had, this such a sweet victory for them and I’m so god damn for it, good job boys! LGRW!!!!

Thanks awood! Being in Nebraska, the ESPN+ was blacked out, so I couldn't watch the Bally Detroit broadcast. I had to watch the Av's coverage on FoxRM. I was pleasantly surprised at the Av's announcers. Homers for sure, but very complimentary to the Wings. Lots of reminiscing to the old rivalry, but with respect and class... not a lick of hatred. Love that this rivalry has matured to this point. The boys are buzzin! Enjoy the ride, my fellow Wings fans! #LGRW

I am not a hockey insider or know much about hockey, but every time that I have seen Lyon in goal, I am impressed. This was a great game!!

When I heard we were getting Kane I was nervous due to guys with similar injuries and their track records... but this man is on Fire!!! Kane was a phenomenal addition!!
