@@unclebobboomergames Exactly, i wouldn't mind if this was served to me since it looks acceptable to eat The problem with those so called chefs is they don't even elaborate to say that this certain Asian dish is my way so it won't confuse & mislead people, & this way you can avoid getting most people offended

Well actually the way she made Pho looked like Southern-style Pho (Pho Bo Sot Vang) with that thick and oily stock. However, the most worldwide famous Pho, the original one, is Northern-style one, the one that Uncle Roger said. Northern-style Pho broth is really light and pure but still has an amazing flavor. Both styles are delicious, but I personally prefer the Northern-style one, because I’m Northern Vietnamese haha

I just googled pho bo sot vang. I live in the south many years, the majority of store you go to will serve the clear broth one that is famous worldwide. You may find a store that sell “pho bo sot vang” but that will be their specialty. Her method is no where even close to how pho bo sot vang is made and the taste is even more questionable.

Rachael Ray got famous here in the US for her 30 Minute Meals books and cooking show. The premise was that the whole process of making a meal, from prep to serving, would all happen in the span of thirty minutes. Her audience consists of a lot of people who just want to get in and out of the kitchen as fast as possible. I'm not that surprised that she used all those shortcuts here, because she used shortcuts on her cooking show 30 Minute Meals, a lot. However, I've never had Pho before, so I have no idea how it's supposed to turn out. So, if multiple people are saying her recipe is wrong, then I'm feeling inclined to believe them.

Pho having four regions are North, Central, South, Delta. Which region of the pho is she making ? You could cheating pho w \ pre made pho season cube in the box at the Asian supermarket. Fish pho it's not out of the question only in the Delta ( Mekong Delta ). Where is the Hoisin sauce, Sriracha sauce in her pho ?

Worst pho broth i have ever seen.... Is it gravy? So I use pickled red peppers when I serve my pho and I feel like it lightens the tone of the dish.

Oh no not again with Rachel Ray prepared of food foo. Vietnamese food! This time . Yikes! Wrong ingredients. ! Offended cooks of this meal. No cheating on ingredients. Oh my goodness. Substitute not correct use. Wrong cuts on garlic. It matters !! Wow! No short cuts Rachel. Wrong recipe totally. To save money , not right!! No bay leaf!! bad . To use. Using unknown ingredients for this this food recipe. Oh my goodness . These cooks upset .beef to thick super thin should be not thick cut. No Italian to tai stuff . Oh goodness. No mixing of ingredients. Dry noodles not wet! Wrong prep on noodles. Yikes ! I definitely won't make this recipe. But listening to these guys I feel for them. Ancestors are what is THAT??
