When you share something you should share complete details fully, components value and a circuit diagram cause your voltage is not increasing 12volt if circuit diagram we can figure out the problem.

If use it as battery charger. you need to add LM358 opamp. It will control the charging current.

as long as the total power remains the same, you can adjust the output voltage by changing the number of turns in the output side.
