Doctors really need to stop pushing these drugs if they aren't necessary. 22 lbs is not worth the risks of the drug.

@WellnessWives you said it yourself.... its not worth it. I am diabetic, and struggled with PCOS. Doctors are pushing this drug to people who don't really need it. Besides, taking medications doesn't fix the cause of the obesity for most of us. The only thing that will solve that is therapy and ongoing work and support. Even with medications.

This week I'm doing fine. I think I wasn't eating enough and now I'm making sure to eat enough calories and drinking enough water. No nausea this week. I plan to talk about it but I want to wait the whole week to see if it is better.

Hi I know very little about Semaglutide can you get a lower dose or space out the doses to minimise the side effects?

There seems to be people who are doing that. Every other week or stay on lower doses, but that's up to the doctor. I'm following the traditional route.

Thank you, I think I wasn't eating enough calories. Counting them again and drinking a lot of water. I feel much better this week. We will see at the end of the week ❤️
