Absolutely stunning home that I have seen on many channels with varying prices. I really love it except I find it very masculine and houses being right on top of you. Still love it though. It's a great job but you did sound like you were reading through most of it. Still out of all the tours I've seen on the house yours was the most complete. So annoyed no one else looked at that stand alone guest house. You did. Huge selling point. Place for the ex!! Lol Thank you. Also not a fan of heights. That OFFICE was staged as a bedroom in another video. Preferred it You did a perfect job on this video

Well done video! I just subscribed and liked! You made me feel like I was on the tour and your comments were perfect with the thoughts and answers to many questions that I would have asked! Although I would love to see some night shots, I felt even more connected because on real tours we don’t get a chance to stay past the real estate agents allocated time either! Critiquing the home, I am not crazy about the access to the office nor the side staircase to the master. Speaking of stairs and steps…there are several 😂! I love the view but the neighbors overlooking my pool and rooftop can be challenging so I would probably add some lattice and foliage to increase the privacy similar to the awesome driveway! I look forward to more of your tours!

15:53 of this video as your walking down the steps what was that major stain on the wood floor? Looking like water damage to the wood floor that's not a good look on a new construction home I'm familiar with this home on Stanley Ave off sunset.
