I've read a novella by Aliette De Bodard and I quite enjoyed it but it was less than 100 pages. I may give The Red Scholars Wake a miss, I trust your opinions! I can't believe how massive The Veiled Throne is, the cover is beautiful. I'm always in awe of how much you get read

Yeah I’d only read Fireheart Tiger which is 100 pages. I enjoyed it but it seemed to be character focused but I didn’t connect with the characters. This one was somewhat the same in that regard. The covers of the Dandelion Dynasty are absolutely gorgeous!!!! I’m so loving this series now that I’m grateful they’re so long 😅 Turns out obnoxiously scheduling in time like it’s my day job is working well for me. I really did think my reading would drop since I left my job but I’ve managed to maintain it! It will drop drastically in summer as it always does though 😂 I’m too busy dying of heat stroke 🥵 Thanks for watching hun!!! ❤️
