Hi everyone!
Hope you are all having a lovely day. I am so happy to be posting day 1 of the 7-day pilates summer challenge for 2024. This challenge offers various benefits both physically i.e improving core strength, enhancing flexibility, achieving a better posture and increased energy levels as well as emotionally i.e. helping relieving stress and improve focus.
All 7 videos are either 15 or 20 minutes long allowing it to be time manageable and fit into all of our busy routines.

    I will be doing this challenge plus other workouts from other KZreadrs starting from June 20th (as that’s when I finish my exams), I’ll keep track here and keep reminding me by liking my comment, thanks 😘 Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ - a little sore from yesterday but was harder Day 3: ✅ - still sore but felt accomplished, also felt my waist more snatched!!! Day 4: ✅ - woah what a burn but felt amazing afterwards 😘 Day 5: ✅ Day 6: Day 7: Edit: I got very sick with a stomach virus, I’ll be back tmrw as I’ve just recovered 👍

    @@va7443 I completed it ages ago but forgot to update, doing these short workouts more often has helped me get back into routine, and I’ve lost some fat around my waist and thighs. Overall I give it a 10/10 🥳

    Oh my Gosh!!!! I've been doing your workouts for a year now and I've never felt as much of a burn before in my abs. I think the voice overs are amazing at leading as based on our breaths!!!! Love it!❤

    @@BibiSek-il6ji oh, ofc!! but it thanks to other trainings, more hard like cardio and power training but i would recommend to you to start with easy training like this and then increase the load, and you’ll get body your dream!!! i really know that it’s true, cause it’s my experience, i believe in you!!

    @@betulaslan4858 yeaaah when I finished I felt stronger and flexible and especially my legs were more toned after this challenge I continued with 20min full body+5min abs nd I lost like 6 pounds these weeks (I'm not following any diet tho). :))) hope it works fy too

    Had to share with you that your videos are loved by all ages! My new morning routine is doing a video with my 2 year old son. He loves them as much as I do! Bedtime is easier because he knows we get to exercise together in the morning with the “lady” 😂❤

    I really liked this I just found it super difficult on my wrist joints to be in the plank position for 3 exercises in a row. I’m hypermobile so I use dumbbells as like handles so I don’t overextend but even then it was just too painful. Is there any way around this?
