I went with the 3.0L diesel Trail Boss. Way cheaper and awesome on fuel.

You obviously live in 1999. What’s the point of having a 6.2 v8. If 50% of the time or more, you’re running on 6 cylinders. Or 4. Or even 2. That is not a true v8. The last real v8 was the Tundra 5.7. Or Nissan 5.7. All these new v8 have cylinder deactivation. So yeah, saying you have a v8 ain’t what it used to mean.

Hey Ben~ greetings from Las Vegas!!!

I had a '17 rebel and the damn thing was bombproof for me. I recently traded in for a trail boss to get the baby diesel since I drive a lot of highway. Haven't had the chance to off-road the TB yet but it is light-years ahead of my old Rebel (7 years makes a big difference😂) on the highway. Getting 30mpg highway at 72 add about 27-28 at 75-80mph. Super happy with the diesel. Will add that the Rebel had come a LONG way, interior wise, since my 17😂

I think the Trailboss needs a front camera so you can see where you're going with that big hood sticking up. I would imagine it is really difficult to park.

Ya it's a bit of a bitch😂. I just got one coming from a 17 Rebel and the turning radius is horrible compared to my old Rebel, and the front visibility is definitely impaired by that big ass good. Those two things are literally my only complaints. Otherwise I LOVE my baby Duramax TB

Got to love the Ram. I’m getting used to the Hurricane. The Hemi will be back. They did this to sell of all of their current Hemis. Give it a few years.

Rebel over trailboss but if the zr2 was here then that over rebel especially since it still has a V8

The ram hands-down looks nicer, makes more power and it is faster. Look at the quarter-mile ET on both trucks and the interior on the Chevy. I’m not sure what those guys are thinking. It looks like you’re trying to make a Malibu into a truck visually Very un appealing Great review Ben

Ugh the V6's on Rebels... I can't even.. The Hemi V8 was great.. As someone with 23 Rebel I was initially hyped up about the 25 redesign then was disappointed with the engine change as well as the 1 option for interior. The red interior is too much now it's not 2014 to 2017 where that was cool. The prices you pay where you are at are crazy. Curious if a lot of locals just buy online from somewhere else. There's a lot of rebates you get in the south that you don't see in the mountains. Vehicle lots are full here

25 is all about the engine, so if you don’t like it, then get a 23/24

What’s crazy is how unreliable the V8’s are these days. Lifter issues, manifold issues, etc. There is real potential that the inline 6 hurricane may turn out more reliable than the 5.7 Hemi it replaced.

The lifter issues is the main reason I got the baby Duramax LZ0 trail boss over the v8. My buddy has a 22 Tahoe and lifters went out in it TWICE

Your fog lights are more effective being as low as they can get.

What is with the rebel blinking white lites on the dash. Every video I seen so fat with the rebel it has it and would be annoying

How is it that Chevy rates a 2.7L @ 310hp/430tq, while only rating the huge 6.2L @ 420hp/460tq? Seems like the 6.2L should be cranking out much bigger numbers. What am I missing?

The 2.7 is turbocharged . The 6.2 is naturally aspirated…

Leave the chevy interior alone cause every other truck brand is going luxury and screw that and if chevy goes luxury then I definitely know what truck I would love most

Had a 2021 tb from watson.... it blew up lifters.... currently have a 23 TB sitting at watsons with a sized crankshaft.... done with chevys 6.2.... it sounds good but it is garbage. Your review on the tremor has me most interested...sad because I like the look of chevy 1500 best..... but it is 💩

People still think todays V8s are reliable. Hahah. I’d rather replace a turbo than replace cams and lifters.

Honestly, I would get that Rebel if it had a V8. But it doesn't. Hemi is no more.

Sound goes to the Chevy but that's about it for me. Seems like the Ram is just a little better every where else.

When Chevy/Gm changed their seats in 19 it was a big mistake. Im thinking of getting rid of my 2020 Silverado and get my first Ram. Im concerned about reliability due to the history of Ram Trucks, but I know they have improved over the past 5 years or so. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

@@fit4ya1975 Ram almost always has the biggest rebates and discounts!! I don't know how many good deals will be on the 25s this year though because ram still has quite a few unsold 24s on the lot...But you never know...

@@fit4ya1975 I've had three hemi's now, including the 23 ram big horn that I drive now I never had any problems whatsoever with the hemi!!! Some people might not believe this but the eight Rams I've had not one ever went into the repair shop even one time!!!! of course I've had recalls but nothing serious lol
