World Cup Rounds 5 & 6 ended with a 5th in the 1/8th final and an LCQ. Felt like I had a lot more to show, but still happy with the bright moments and my positivity despite some challenges leading into the race. Jumping up to the Elite class this year has been eye-opening, but the experience has been priceless and it’s only pushing me to be better. I’m looking forward to having more time to train and improve with the rest of the season being slower-paced.

I'm a intermediate and i need to start learning manuals do you have any tips?

Use your legs mainly to control the manual and get your arms straight during the manual. Watch how others do it, then just practice with trial and error!
It kills me. There was no company there that would hook you up with a frame.

On the throwdown frame as a Racer/spectator, you suck on it it does nothing for you. You have not performed well on the green throw down frame.
