2024 Triumph Street Triple RS | SC Project S1 | Exhaust Video

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Welp, still have some things to tweak, but the exhaust is on and the bike feels and sound incredible. Couple things to note, This is NOT an exact fit. You will need 2017-2022 Headers to make this setup work! (i used 2021 headers specifically) Hope you enjoy!

    You’ve done it as logically as possible too. Im so pleased someone’s gone for it and it’s worked so well for you. I have the same colour scheme as yours. Love the “2024” as it’s being called. Had the previous gen also and they’ve done great things with this version. My only concern is getting by track regs here in uk. Big ask, but do you know roughly the dB output?

    great sound - love the popping on decel. I did this to a 2010 and loved the sound but was a bit self conscious re the noise level given I leave for work so early - wish it were a few db lower. But the deep sound was perfection. If i go down this route will likely do the headers too - love the look of titanium pipes, just not sure it goes with the red though !

    I just installed the full Spark exhaust on my 2024. But same problem with the rear set bolt and the bracket to the right of the rear set. Curious what did you use to bolt it up to the two points? I see the wholes for the bracket to the right but wonder what parts to buy to get it to bolt up. Cool if we could chat somehow.

  • @motocorn

    @motocorn

    Seems like the spark exhaust uses the right side bracket, the SC project only uses the Rear set as a mounting point. Funny enough, the Leo Vince uses that same bracket, but doesn't bolt up to the rear set, so its no able to be used unless you get the same bracket youre after!

    I didnt notice anything. It still has the Factory Cat so the AFR should still be somewhat similar to stock. The big thing is, the ECU has to adjust slightly just because these bikes are sold all over the world. Living at sea level vs in the mountains would change alot for the bike and if it didnt correct, well, youd have problems. Theres only so much correction the bike can do tho, which is why youre safe with running just a slip on, and retaining the Cat because its still within factory perimeters for the bike. If there was a drop in performance, i dont think anyone would truly notice, it would be so very small.

    So would running a full system be that much more lean, enough to cause damage?

    @@jamesjaneczek8256 Well, Some do and have for a while without problems. Its not like running the full system will instantly blow the bike up, however it will cause the bike to run a little lean or rich (i forget) and thus degrading the engine life. But its not an instant thing right. You can get a way with it for a while. I wouldnt do it, but you can. You should get a tune whenever you run a full system
