Hi sir. I am the guy with the 22 TRD sport. I just wanted to let you know that the air accelerator that I am talking about is the one that goes from the fender well to the air box. The other type is the spacer that goes by the throttle body and it doesn't seem like it does much. I had tried one years ago. I really like what I have now, it helps clean up the throttle lag alot. ​@@littlekennytv5668

I think the new Tacomas look great but there is no way a 4 cylinder Turbo Tacoma is worth $50K - $70K!!! The cheapest 4WD I"ve seen was close to $40K for a base model SR Tacoma. Toyota is pricing out their main customer base with these ridiculous prices. I currently have a 2022 SR5 and looks like I will be keeping it until I die. I do believe that the Tacoma will no longer be the number one selling mid-sized truck going forward.

Looked at this same color on a sport. Was good looking. Had heated seats and mirrors for over 46k. When they announced these new trucks I told the wife I was going to get a limited and then I saw 55k + no thank you.

2024 Toyota Tacoma has the greatest ground clearance of any pickup when you count the tow truck underneath it!😎

Also don't care for the fender width on the new ones, and the smaller gas tank. The truck is less nimble in parkades and tight spaces, not sure why they flared it out so much. Better fuel efficiency but a smaller tank sort of negates the entire reason for going to a 4cyl turbo.

I would not even touch that truck I would go get a raptor for cheaper I think it's a better truck all the way around V6 way faster better suspension! That's just a decent lift with some decent rims & tires I bet. They make a killing when they do the parts themselves that's why they do it that way

That's great, but it's not worth the money. The cost of the coil suspension and box frame should be offset by the over boosted little engine. Total cost increase 2023 vs 2024 should be in the $2,000 range for comparable model and equipment, not $10,000.

@@thepdc6220 I bought a 2024 TRD ORP 4Runner, MSRP on it was probably as much as you paid for your Tacoma. I bought it because the 2025 will see a 20% increase. I traded my 2016 Tacoma TRD DC LB OR and immediately noticed an improvement in ride and handling because of the coil spring suspension in the rear. The new Tacoma doesn't ride that good but it's much better than the 2016 Tacoma. It's really not the engine, though there should be another option. It's what you get for the cost that is the problem with the new Tacoma. Toyota will be forced to fix it or these things will rout on the vine.

For being overpriced junk, least it looks strong.

The "rumors" about the transmissions didn't come out of nowhere. People are actually have transmissions due, and the wait for a repair is four months.

This is the truck I been looking for it got everything I need

Truck would look great with the extra bed with the back sliding window. Wheels rims look like crap on the Truck. Different looking rims would look much better, like factory. They spending money just isn't my class as I can see in the build. Somebody is going to scoup it up 👏😏👍😎😉

Lol 😂 I like the new Tacoma but it is what it is ! I just try to keep up with the latest developments on Toyota and show you what’s in my area and prices! I’m a Tacoma man !! I go back and forth i really like the changes I might not agree on how they got their for instance I like the new horsepower that the hybrid powertrain has but I might not be a fan of the turbo charge four-cylinder now if the motor is not a problem and you get the great horsepower and torque numbers, I guess I really don’t care if it’s a four-cylinder or not, but if the engines not gonna run as low as a naturally aspirated engine, then that’s not a good thing. Transmission issues are showing up , manuals are mainly the issue. No fix from Toyota yet. Auto are over heating and failure also , getting replaced. Wait time 2 to 4 months for parts. Recall is possibly coming soon for this issue.

Have a 2012 tacoma trd prerunner, great truck. Love it but it’s time to upgrade and was looking to at newer tacomas/tundra but yeah that price is a killer. The new 24’s are great looking and all don’t get me wrong but yeah, way overpriced.

I like the color but that's it. The leg room in the back seat is ridiculous. That's just like my GR86. But for $60K they can keep it. I'd much rather have your truck but I know you want top dollar for your Taco. I think I'd much rather get the Nissan Pro 4X.

$12,000 worth lol it’s a beautiful truck, but pricing is out of this world

Why such a small gas tank? Need to fill up too often. Love the color!

looks good but looks dont cut it , 3rd gen has look and solid engine

Early adapters have already bought these trucks. $38,000 SR5 $4,000 add on equipment $59,000 asking price = Complete dumbness.

Transmission issues are starting to hit these new Tacomas hard. Especially if the truck is weighed down with mods or towing. Recalls soon to be coming in the near future.

8 speed is old technology. That's the one thing that is safe on this truck.

Nah! That 4th gen has absolutely nothing on your 3rd Gen Pro! Sad to hear about the manual transmission issues that are cropping up on these 4Gs.

That’s what I’m wondering I’m thinking maybe some type of light inside of the truck but I’m not 100% sure I should be heading over to this dealership and I will ask them and I will reply to you again thanks for the reply and checking out the channel. Have a great weekend, my friend.

It does look good but waaaaaaaay too expensive.
