👋 Here is the all new 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Limited Hybrid AWD! The new Grand Highlander sits right in between the Sequoia and the Highlander. This 2024 Grand Highlander offers a similar sized vehicle to the standard size Highlander, but you now have a real third row with plenty of space for adults! All without having a jumbo sized SUV. I really like the overall size of the 2024 Grand Highlander. It felt like an easy to drive SUV but really has plenty of room for the whole family. Styling is super bold and looks very up to date, and the interior was well laid out. The Grand Highlander Limited has the nice Softex interior with comfortable seats and modern technology. Driving the 2024 Grand Highlander AWD Limited Hybrid was what I expected. The 4 cylinder hybrid engine as enough power to feel like a normal SUV and gets up to speed fine. The EV power helps get moving from a stand still very well. If you opt for the Max version, you'll have a turbocharged 4 cylinder with the Hybrid for even more power! This Limited hybrid was $53,000 with a few nice options. Overall the 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander is a cool option for a big sized three row SUV without having the extra jumbo feeling of a Sequoia. Also this SUV still gets 30 MPG which is pretty cool for a big vehicle. The 2024 Grand Highlander drives smooth and has a quiet ride to make this a great family SUV!

In the week I think I averaged about 30.
You forgot to mention on the turbo that this engine setup is not time-tested and Toyota has had some issues with the turbo four cylinders, namely on the Tundra. Heard of two Hybrid Max Tundras failing at one dealership I did business with. Might not be worth the added power for reduced reliability. Kind of surprised this car isn't a bit more luxurious for $53K or whatever, could be a little nicer for sure. Interior just looks a bit dull. I had issues with bumps reverberating through the cabin front to back when I hit bumps in the '21 Highlander Hybrid- wonder if this is an issue at all with the Grand Highlander.

They haven't had turbo issues...they had issues with the manufacturing. Had nothing to do with the turbos performance. Felt fine to me driving it for a week, had no issues.

The hybrid limited doesn't have a turbo engine. Out of the 3 hybrid models, only the Max includes turbo.

@@BrosFOURRSpeed Yes, definitely. Turbos don't cause issues right away. It's just that these engines need a lot of babysitting. My $4000 turbo replacement taught me that. I'm too scared of getting a new car with a turbo now, even if it is a Toyota.

I love my body on frames but this is a lot more comfortable daily
Honestly in all angles… this looks more like a bigger RAV4 than a Highlander… even the head lights and tail lights look more Rav4 than highlander

Yeah I can definitely see that. It doesn't really look like the Highlander. Definitely a lot of Toyota cues tho
Shame how they went away from a V6. They were bulletproof

Yes this was the standard hybrid. The Max has the turbo hybrid with a lot more power

Can you explain to me the plug in power stuff with these vehicles? Not plug in like electric but what you are mentioning.
