2024 Toyota Crown Limited First Test: Why This Is Toyota’s Strangest Hybrid
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
Strangeness has surrounded the Toyota Crown from its reveal. What is it supposed to be? Ostensibly a replacement for the departed Avalon in Toyota's lineup, the 2024 Toyota Crown's odd shape puts sedan fundamentals atop a stance like that of a crossover. Initially unsure of how to categorize the Crown, we eventually decided to assess it at our 2024 Car (not SUV) of the Year competition. There, the range-topping Crown Platinum's sporty posturing clashed with its relaxed dynamics, leaving us further befuddled. Now we've tested a midrange 2024 Toyota Crown Limited-and we're no closer to understanding what it's all about.

That's a very good review. The new crown was sold worldwide. In Japan, he is well known and sells well, but in North America he may not sell well because he is a newcomer. The 2.5-liter 4-cylinder hybrid uses Toyota's latest generation hybrid system, and I think it offers powerful driving, excellent fuel efficiency, and environmental performance. It's quiet and easy to drive, comparable to a Lexus.
I own the Crown and I’m 6’2”, there is plenty of room inside this car. It is a great sedan and I love it.
