I've been on that fitness journey too. I'm on a challenge to lose 20lbs over 6 months. I started at 240. I saw the goal numbers for the first time over the weekend. I need I have until the end of the month to sit at 220 consistently. So far I've just been cardio. Once I reach my goal, I plan to start adding in weights as well and start getting toned muscle.

I’m going to try to go on robs fitness journey, but with the reverse goal. I’m 6’2” and only 150lbs, I’m trying to bulk up to at least 170, but I wanna keep the bulk clean

Warframe just release their 2nd wave for cross save a couple of weeks ago. A lot of people stopped playing because they switched platforms (PS to Xbox or PC, or vise versa) I just got my ps4 account on Steam and ima be grinding! There’s so much new content for me.

warframe is such a good game. sure it’s hard to get into but once ur learn the ins and outs of it it’s one of the best games. and the fashion is just god tier so many customization options. Monster hunter has also been getting quite popular cause asmon has been playing it a lot. Not saying he’s the reason it’s gaining traction again it’s just i think a lot of people want that grindy monster slaying cool looking armor game and monster hunter is just that
