Is it better to have the builder not in stall upgrades like cabinets and flooring and go with another contractor to save on pricing?

Woooo honey. I'm tired just watching. I would want this done b4 I move in, I'm not taking out furniture once it's in. Which is why this is not for me. This would give me so much anxiety trying to visualize one thing matching with another. And the pricing is ridiculous.

We just got a Pulte home. We went with the included flooring, and we’re scheduling flooring to be taken up and LVP put down before we move in completely. They quoted us $16k we found a flooring company for $8.5k

@formimib5776 WOW, half the price, that's crazy. As long as everything can get redone before move in. I've lived through renovations and it is a nightmare.

That is crazy! Is anyone actually buying Pulte homes? Completely overpriced
