Love this floor plan ❤

This is an excellent woodside plan. These places are popping up like mushrooms, and in this heat.... 😂 The wood floors work well with the white cabinets. The light color is sharp and refreshing. Love it! Prefer the bonus room option as a home theater. How much would that backyard cost, roughly? Fig update. I'm getting an early braeba crop. Yes! If I get them to ripen and not get snatched by critters, I have a calabrian hot pepper, honey, prosciutto, and mozzarella anti pasta recipe!

I really like the floor plan. It would depend on the options. And what’s available. Location would be important. North or south. For me it’s walking distance to places.

Pretty much all the same cookie cutter homes now. Nothing new in floorplans. But lots of add ons and overpriced uograde prices Who wants to see a powder room first upon walking into home???? I've heard that Henderson is known for lots of traffic, few job offerings and overbuilt now... buyers would be better off in North west vegas area if they really want to live in Vegas...
