Please make a video on a creative product strategy! I use to work with entrepreneurs who didn’t have a physical product but online courses , ebooks and training sessions in person or online so I’m not sure if it would be the same product strategy for each item

Absolutely, effort should always come from engineers. Even if you’re an engineer turned PM, you should seek the effort from the team actually doing the work

I can go over different strategy frameworks/ approaches in a future video - other than that, it’s quite hard to say “how” as it will be very specific to each business/ product. Added to my video backlog! 🤓
