A little type that really helped me get over gym anxiety is just walking on the treadmill or doing the bike for 30-45 minute a couple of times a week to get into the habit of going to the gym and I could scope out the different machines! That helped so much!

I am a paper planner girlie through and through. I'm so glad to see you getting back into it, as well! I would totally be down for goal check ins throughout the year :3

My main goals for 2024 is take my youtube and social media more seriously, make online friends and possibly go to London this year and go back to New York in the fall:) Smaller goals I have is sticking to a workout routine, putting myself first, and treating myself with kinder words. I have hope this year will be so much better for me mentally, emotionally, and physically. I come first in my LIFE ♥☀

This is so encouraging I swear as a teacher I keep telling my kids during story time, it’s important to listen to the stories because we’re learning so much from them and I forget to take the time to read an actual book for me.

Totally get the reading five hours a night problem. I hit 206 books last year doing that which was incredible, but a problem in other areas of my life. I've started setting an alarm and when it goes off I have to stop immediately or at the nearest page break/chapter end. It's helped so much and brought my evening routine back into my life 😂
