That´s why he exploded, he was allways all around good center, but his skating was horrible, he improved his skating significantly, for me its like a miracle watching him now. He´s late bloomer if i´ve ever seen one, definitely one of our top C prospects.

2 years he isn't draftable, and now he is worthy of a 3rd rounder? My guess is he is doing better because he is 3 years older than some of these kids, but I guess it is worth a flyer.

I mean look at it like this. If the wings drafted an 18 year old forward in third round and had 96 points in his age 20 season that would be considered pretty good. Yeah, he’s obviously older but it’s a third round pick. Might as well take a swing
