2024 NHL DRAFT FINAL RANKING MEETING | DobberProspects Final Top 128

In this meeting, our team of scouts debate to construct their Final Top 128 rankings for the 2024 NHL Draft class! While the #1 pick may be unanimous, this draft class as a whole is quite open, all the way from the Top 10 to the 3rd-round range, leaving a bunch of room for discussion. We are so proud of the work the whole team has put in for this draft class all season long and cannot wait to see how the draft ends up unfolding on June 28-29!

Are individual ranking lists available somewhere? I'd like to take a look at David's full list. Lots of smart things said - I'm an instant fan.

I would include Cole Beaudoin he could be a great third line centre.

Yeah, I'm not watching a 3 hour video without timestamps, especially since I would really only want info on the player I'm currently scouting, then when I move onto the next player, their info, etc

Lindstrom has a herniated disc.. That could be a big problem. You seriously think he goes up to 3 with that injury?

I don’t see the Adam Jiricek hype at all. I see him as a late 2rd round talent 3rd type of guy.

As a Habs fan I want either Iginla Catton Lindstrom or Demidov Anyone else is just too much of risk. We need a sure fire second line scoring winger who can get 35 goals per season Sennecke is just too risky i would rather have Eiserman all day.

Everyone is over rating Cellebrini sure he is a really good skater and a very good IQ but I strongly disagree that defense is NOT in his fortay and his size is a factor.. I am not going to say that Demidov is any better with his defensive IQ but imo Demidov could be a bigger factor in spite of surrounding players where as Macklin will need quality line mates.

Poor David keeps getting brushed aside simply because he is not as high on the pecking order as the two leaders. I often like his arguments better, though.

Hmm how to keep this short albeit it is never easy to evaluate players in a few words. Gavin McKenna came off as the teams best player and Cayden was sort of average. Now Cayden was injured a long time which of course hampers your development but still Gavin was only 15 being his teams best player. So when comes to Cayden it would be much like Slafkovsky and that is mostly a guessing game.I heard a LOT of excuses about age with Salfkovsky but that left me thinking what player was Hughes and co actually drafting when picking Slafkovsky because he msot certainly did not look very good for a long time. Long story short I feel Cayden isa bit of a risk sure another big guy with potential but he does at least already show more than what Slafkovsky did his first year and a half. Having seen the plaoffs I still have to think that if Gavin was your best player it doesn't put much of a ceiling on Cayden. So my gut feeling is picking Demidov and if we can't get him then sur gamble on Cayden or pick another D in Dickenson or Parehk.
