The more I watch Risacher, the more I like him as the pick for the Hawks. The Hawks have needed a reliable wing really ever since Trae was drafted. At the very least, I think he’ll be a solid 3 and D player (which Cam Reddish was supposed to be). He has the potential to be a really good two-way player like a prime Klay Thompson, even if he isn’t an elite shooter. At the very least, he can contribute right away as a defender and a spot up shooter.

I’ve been right about a lot about prospects… some of the most recent off the top have been both Haliburton & Maxey. Naz Reid not being drafted left me scratching my head. I’ve been wrong about a few guys for sure too. Like I thought Josh Green would be a star in the league. Really liked him as a two guard going into college. Still a very solid player. But never have I been more wrong about ATL Hawks wings bruh. I for sure thought Hunter would be one of the best 3 & D wings in the league after his first 2-3 years & Cam Reddish was feared by his peers as the best guy in his class. I bought into that too. I thought he was going to be a PROBLEM! Something is going on with the wing development there. That’s why I wouldn’t want Risacher to go there. I wouldn’t want his potential to go to waste.

@@19DAY94 Hunter’s biggest issues have been injuries and consistency, the latter probably being a factor in the former. He’s probably just been injured too often to have developed any consistency in his play. He’s too hot and cold. One day he looks like an All-Star player, then it’s promptly followed up by a disappearing act. Then he’s on IR for a couple weeks. Rinse and repeat. I don’t know what the deal with Reddish was, but I don’t think the previous coaching staff did him any favors either. I think coach Quin would have gotten more out of him.

Raptors won’t draft Zach Edey. They are now a team that runs and pushes the ball quickly up court. Raps will continue to look at very athletic players that pass, shoot and are interchangeable. They lost two good wings in OG and Pascal. Look for them to address adding more talent on the wings. I wonder what teams you think will want to slide down? @@bballer191 Spurs need more lockdown defenders, that is true, but they should not waste either top 10 pick on one. That would be the worst thing to do at this point. If you look down the road, we may never have a lottery pick for the next couple of decades. Believe it or not, we were actually worse offensively then we were defensively. We desperately need guys that can spread the floor for Vassell and Wemby. You have to target guards and dynamic scorers that shoot over 40% from deep. Osman was our only shooter that made over 38% from the 3 point line. There are a few guards that would really add to our offense without being streaky, like Rob Dillingham or Reed Sheppard. You never want to use a lottery pick on a 3 and d guy or a guy that is a shutdown defender, unless he has Leonard-type potential. But that is very hard to find. And we definitely should not draft Topic, the next Nando. No way! Even Doncic, if that's the comparison, was a far superior shooter, making 42% of his 3s. Topic can't shoot from deep.

The Pistons already have enough guards, so what they really need is a forward or a center who can shoot and defend. Unfortunately, Reed Shepard is not the right choice for them. Not only is he undersized, but he also lacks the necessary skills. Personally, I believe he's not the solution. It's important for fans, especially those supporting the Pistons, to realize that the team's poor performance can be attributed to inadequate coaching and a lack of player development. I don't understand why some people think that acquiring a player like Reed Shepard will solve the Pistons' problems, when it's clear that he is not the answer.

Rob Dillingham is A Great Pick for the Rockets. I’d play him as our backup pg This will be Fred vanfleets last season with us. (3rd year not guaranteed Because we have to pay JALEN green and alperun sengun We just spent multiple second round picks on Steven Adams who is only 30 (meaning he has a few years left of good backup center play ) reed sheppard is not a shot creator only catch and shot .we stand around too much as it is we need real creators. I watch all the rockets games. We literally don’t have shot creators when Fred sits. Amen Thompson will do better as a sf with rockets because having him at pg with no spacing is a recipe for failure. Rob dillingham has the same measurements as Allen Iverson.

If we don’t draft Rob Dillingham, I’d like to see the Rockets draft Tidjane Salaun as a replacement to Jabari Smith Jr whom I think is too soft and scare of jumping. Despite his testing Reed is a below the rim athlete on film, not especially quick, his first step is average at best and he had success getting to the rim because of his lethal jumper will that work in the NBA? Most likely will struggle to separate at the next leveI. He struggle with creation and his moves drive moves are pretty basic. Detroit trading Ivey or Sasser? You are talking out of both sides of your mouth. One moment you say Ivey has All Star talent still then you try to draft his replacement. Doesn't mean you'll be right. Just one man's bad opinion on how to build a team. Love the idea of grabbing shooting but you chose a position. Fit has to matter eventually sir. Magic want more cap space & shooters who can create his own shoot. Spur get PG & defender, and keep no.4 pick for backup. It maybe Risacher, who knows.

The magic would trade for Garland themselves, they dont want or need any of that junk. Keldon is not the asset you think he is, AT ALL. He is not valued and is in most trades as the salary required, Keldon doesnt get you a good player or asset on the market. There is ZERO way that the spurs get Garland and keep Vassell, and even then it would take a little more added to Vassell. I dont see any legitimate reason for the hawks to pass on Sarr he can play the 4/5 allowing the current hawks players to better fill in at the positions they play. 2. I don’t see why more people don’t hype Stephon Castle for the Rockets. While he may not be a PG right now and may struggle with shooting just imagine the defensive backcourt pairing of Castle/Amen alongside Vanvleet/Jalen Green.
