I sure miss the old and small Dealerships like this one. Ford needs to cherish and support these types of family Dealerships.

Quit dreaming. Allocation and “ turn and earn” is designed to kill off small stores. I needed regular cab four-wheel-drive, three-quarter ton’s to pull grain wagons into town, and all they would give me is freaking Chevy cavaliers. I owned a Chevy dealership like that one in the town of 2500 once upon a time.

So true .. Ford has always been a Family Business.. I have a friend who came to Alberta Canada from Scotland .. His Dad owned a small Ford Dealership back home and his dad invented some handicapped driving cars for WW2 Vets .. Gerry Wood came to Canada with $100 bucks eventually bought a small country Ford Dealership in Vulcan Alberta and yes they have a Star Trek Festival these days .. ,, now owns 7 Car Dealerships .. 2 Run by his Sons ,, both I coached in Hockey here in the Southern Alberta rocky Mountain Foothills ..

@ 3:40 I know how he got one. He's been a dealer for 90 plus years. He knows how the game works. He put his CUSTOM 6 speed seated order in on an order sheet so they HAD to make him one. That dealer is not only smart, but knows the Ford game inside and out. Take it from someone born in Detroit. You want a rare dog, have your deposit ready the second they announce, go right to your dealer, and make sure you spec it custom and that order will get right to the assembly line, then to the dealer that ordered in no time. Wait for the pre spec version and your SOL.

I live in Aubrey, Texas, just north of Dallas. Weird, the local Ford dealer recently had two obviously brand new Dark Horses, one in the show room, one on the lot - Both labeled as “Used Cars” No Warranty - No price labeled. I assumed that the sale price would be significantly higher than the manufacturer suggested price. I’ll never pay “Dealer Adjustment” Happy Motoring 🤠

I loved the video like always! What a beautiful car and I can't believe where you found it. Can't wait to see what you do to it next. It's outstanding the food you eat all the time, I've never eaten as good as you do all the time, never been to a restaurant like you go to all the time. I'm 60 year's old now and I've lived a good life and I'm blessed with 3 kid's and 3 grandkids so far and wish I could afford a little taste of the life you leed! I've got 2 broke down car's in my driveway now that I can't fix so get in touch with me if you ever come across an old beater that runs good and it needs a good home I'd sure be grateful and it would sure be driven and I'd sure appreciate it so much! Can't wait until your next video comes out, until then have a blessed day and enjoy that cup of coffee! 👍

As I ride my motorcycle across rural areas in NY state and of course PA I’m often struck by the stateliness and simplicity of the local horse buggies. Even while I’m whizzing around on the machine pouring on the beautiful countryside it’s hard not to think that perhaps something was lost when we mechanized everything and went and got in such a hurry. Cool episode!

Scott James is one of my oldest and dearest friends. He's one of the finest people I know, and he's a car guy through and through! The Maroon car in the showroom is a '71 T-Bird that the James family restored close to 40 years ago. The little blue convertible is a Falcon Futura - '63 I believe. Original, unrestored condition. Scott and I used to tear around the back roads; he in the Falcon and me in my '65 T-bird that I had in high school. He's every bit as kind and genuine as he appears in the video. He's the third generation to pour their heart and soul in the business.

I love those family run businesses. I had bought my 2013 Shelby GT500 from Reineke Ford in Ohio. When we were looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee 4XE and I remembered they had a Chrysler/Jeep dealership. When I flew up to OH to pick the 4XE top I was taken back by how small the dealership was. It was an old gas station and their showroom was only big enough for one car! I was told that they were probably the smallest dealership in the US. I love the family Reineke family dealerships!

Only Dennis could come up with cool video , the dark horse ! My brand new 2009 Dodge challenger was 379 horse power at the wheel . Before installed vortex super charger ! Forget the weight , but that car has to be faster by far stock ! Peace and Love !
