कई बार ऐसा देखा गया है कि acused को कई कारणों से वारंट की जानकारी मिल ही नहीं पाती है और trail court उसे भगोड़ा घोषित कर देता है इस दशा में वह स्वयं ही victim बन जाता है ऐसी स्थिति मे या तो वह जेल जाए या high court में bail लगाए,supreem कोर्ट का यह आदेश गलत है

Yes you can move anticipatory bail, but it may or may not be granted. Bail is the discretion of the court. why you could not reach before the court that you have to explain nicely.

अगर कोई एंटोसेप्टी बेल की पेटिसिशन पहले से लगा रखा है और बेल कोर्ट में पेडिंग है और कोर्ट में बेल पेंडिंग रहते 82/83 का प्रोसेस होता है तो क्या ये जजमेंट काम करेगा?

सुप्रीम कोर्ट कै जौ आरटीआई से संबंधित जौ फैसले है । कृपया उसके बारे में भी बताएं।

If any adv file such anticipary application in such circumtances then also action is to be taken against such advocate with action of rejection of anticipatary application.

कोई भी bail एप्लीकेशन की कार्रवाई .... दूसरी पार्टी के सुनने से बिना bail नहीं देनी चाहिए...... और कोई stay करना हो वो भी दूसरी पार्टी बुलाय बिना stay नहीं करना चाहिए
