    Heads up if you ride in a line of dust with other riders on this bike. You have to completely remove the fuel tank to clean/replace the air filter. Getting to the fuel pump is a step along the way... which is kind of a bonus I guess. It's a pain if you're on a sand track and you have to find places to put parts. Plan for that if you buy one for actual off road. Carry a tarp.

  • @FULLPELTAdventures

    The thing I don't like about your bike is how close the front and rear fenders are to the tires. I've had older bikes through muddy places only to get so plugged up with mud that I couldn't turn the wheels by hand. Out comes the screwdriver! Two inches or 5cm would eliminate most of that problem. Might benefit from a larger windscreen. I really like how smooth-sounding the motor and exhaust are.

  • @FULLPELTAdventures

    @FULLPELTAdventures

    2 ай бұрын

    The low fender is not ideal, no different than the T700 and many other Adventure bikes. If your in sticky mud it probably doesn't matter what bike your on, some will get a little further than others before they all need clearing. It is a great bike at a great Price. A larger Screen is available as an accessory. Regards FPPete.

    One of the easiest mods for the old Himalayan was to fit aluminium spacers to raise the height of the front fender. Kits are readily available from aftermarket suppliers, but many people made their own. I would hope that the new bike is just as easy to modify.
