Before your student even steps onto campus, it is important to make a transition plan for their health and wellbeing needs. Staff from  Student Health Services (SHS), Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), and Student Case Management and Intervention Services (SCMIS) share resources and information that can help families work with their students to make this transition seamless.
We will discuss when to transfer prescriptions, how to find new doctors and how to access counseling resources on campus or in the community.
