Quite like that, looks like a Lexus from the back 3/4 in the thumbnail and certainly no bad thing! If it wasn't for the cadilac logo I would have guessed it was a lexus, well done GM! Tell ya what else I like at the moment, Re electric SUV's, the lotus Eletre, both that and this look spot on.

Another nice video, thanks. Seeing these option levels is probably a window into what the different levels of the Lyriq will eventually be. I wonder if GM drops the Super Cruise option on the RS model?

Beautiful 🤩. Having me rethink my Lyriq pre order 🤔. I now have a pre order for both just in case. I just received an email from Cadillac that here in California we will be able to test drive the Lyriq starting next month at something called The Cadillac Electric Theater In Glendale California.

The thing to think about now is how will the tahoe look considering this is the baby lyriq. With them offering fwd,rwd and awd shows they are more open to options with this architecture. The future looks wonderful. Can't forget about the monster hummer ev.

It is different to drive a Cadillac than a Chevy. I’ve had both. But that is one sharp Chevy!

I'm sticking with the Cadillac. My dealership contacted me today and took my options over the phone; informed me the projected date of late 2023. I'll be trading in my VW id.4.

Nice quick update. By the second half 2023 and early 2024 we will have many options with competitive EV models. Blazer is better than I imagined. Will stick with my Lyriq preorder for now. Would like comparison with Mercedes Benz EV when more details are available. Thanks.

I am ready to see the blazing in person but I am leaning 100% for the lyrics because I love a nice luxury car

It's a nice looking car but it's a different feeling when you pull up on a Cadillac than a Chevy lol

Right, nice but no comparison of the Cadillac. Especially by it being around the same price

Thanks Huck. I reserved one. I think the RS is what I'll go with. But GM is out of tax credits so if the Mach E or EV6 start selling at/below MSRP I may be swayed

There will be a FWD , AWD, and a RWD all three coming to the blazer EV and a police 🚔 blazer EV as well .

Specs and good, and looks great on the outside. Inside nice - EXCEPT the obnoxious vents. Why does every EV seem to have one boneheaded issue (Lyriq with door handle operation, EV6 with shared radio/climate controls, Tesla 3/Y with no driver instrument cluster, etc). Just give us stylish designed cars - no need to go overboard and wreck it.

I think Chevy should have not named this the blazer but named it something else and reserved the Chevy blazer name plate for something like a 5k bronco competitor which to me would make more sense sense a missed opportunity for Chevy

Well, a RWD Blazer model (I assumed GM would save this for Cadillac and the pickups EV models), offering the Blazer EV as a FWD, RWD, and AWD models and 3-different battery pack sizes, clearly, Chevy / GM are betting big on EVs, so, GM has 3-different EV motors (a powerful 255 kW EV motor for FWD, RWD or AWD positions, a 180-kW EV motor for FWD position, and a 62-kW EV motor for FWD/RWD/AWD assist motor, knowing the available EV motors, note, the GMC HUMMER EV pickup launch edition uses three 255 kW EV motors, 1-front and 2-at the rear, anyway), the Blazer SS EV is offered as an AWD model only guessing it offers a 180-kW EV motor for FWD position and a powerful 255 kW EV motor for a rear position, thus giving you that AWD capacity or basically the Cadillac Lyriq Luxury AWD model setup, now the base FWD only 1LT (guessing that’s a 180-kW EV motor for FWD position motor), the LT2 (guessing the same as the 1LT FWD, but the AWD version will most likely get a 180-kW EV motor for FWD position motor and a 62-kW EV motor for RWD assist motor for AWD), next the RS trim FWD (guessing that’s a powerful 255 kW EV FWD position motor), RS trim RWD (same as RWD Cadillac Lyriq a powerful 255 kW EV RWD position motor), the RS AWD trim is the interesting one (Chevy has several options, but I’m guessing a 62-kW EV motor for FWD assist motor and a powerful 255 kW EV RWD position motor for AWD or maybe some other combination, it feels like the the RS AWD will be the model to get if you don’t need or want the SS) and of course, the SS, which I already talked about, side note, did anyone notice Chevy / GM showed all available trims of the Blazer EV outside of maybe a ZL1 version, but to date the Cadillac Lyriq has only shown the Luxury trim RWD and AWD versions, could this be because Cadillac / GM want the halo/flagship upcoming Cadillac Celestiq to be shown first with these features and tech, I’m starting to think the Celestiq could be the first four-motor EV from GM, I was assuming it would be the Corvette EV, clearly they want Celestiq features/tech to trickle down to other Cadillac EV models, but the price you are hearing means it will have to come with the goods
