tyler thorpe m'a impressionné. A 6'4 215 lbs a 18ans , il pourrait devenir un excellent joueur de 3-4e trio.

Eriksson m'a tappé à l'oeil un peu. Sinon oui Hage et Xhekaj ont bien fait. Beck a eu l'air solide mais j'ai l'impression qu'il essayait de trop en faire. Fowler a été Fowler.

Harris, Zetterberg, Nadeau et Protz m’ont impressionné. Légère déception avec Beck. Xhekaj et Hage je m’y attendais.

Florian Xhekaj is 'Real Deal'. Already like an NHL player playing with bunch of street hockey guys. Once he gets the 'feel' where his line-mates are , he does wonders. Just like his brother Arber when he played in Hamilton Bulldogs.

The break on Fowler was typical of players that will always struggle to score he did nothing to make the goalie flinch just shot it right at him. People need to stop looking at score sheets guys like Sam harris and Florian are valuable type ROLE players they can play tough win battles they make it hard for opposing players. Something I like to see young D learn is that you can use your goalie if your only man back and can't find a pass. You can really see how size matters even if the bigger guy is a bit slower that reach makes a huge difference plus being able to use the big body to shield the puck.

The announcer is really good.... Wow...

Imo Ride, Merril, Hage, Mittelstadt Harris Sawyer all did well.. Then there's Xhekaj. Merril is solid but needs to work on his skating. Beck? meh. Did ok when distributing the puck around at the start of the first, but then started getting pushed around, and then tried to do too much on his own,.. then got pushed off the puck even more so as a result. He's got work to do. Hage gets involved. great prospect... I can see why habs traded up to try n get him. then there's Xhekaj.. What I liked about his game, is that he plays a 200 foot game, and he's always in a good spot on the ice. Play goes the other way often times he will be one of the first around his own net. Based on his little cross checks, he's also an antagonizer. Just needs to not over do that in the NHL as someone will get on him the same way back at some point. Another thing I liked is the way his line didn't just try and control the play from the blue paint in, but from the red line in. he's one of the few players that imo, does not need to make any major adjustments to his game to become pro. His skating needs more push though from the first 3 strides. I can also see his bread n butter being the give n go with him heading for the net for the deflection. Did that lots in Jr. last year. Beck on the other hand,.. not a good day for him....Hope he's ok. Overall, all goalies did well. Fowler stood out early though.

Beck ma vraiment déçu. A deux reprise , il opte vers les jeux périphérique... prend les taureau par les cornes et essai de quoi. il joue comme si c'étais son premier camps. oh la la la la!
