I've not heard of Empire of the Vampire, I think I need it in my life I love these type of videos, you always mention something new for me to try 😊 Next year I'm looking forward to Stephen Kings new short story collection and The Gathering by C.J Tudor.

I'm glad you found this video useful. I thought Empire of the Vampire was such a fun read. The writing style is quite over the top but I think it works for the dramatic, gothic story. Also, there's a lot of swearing (so avoid it if that's not your thing!). But if you're looking for a theatrical, blood-soaked vampire story, I highly recommend!

I didn't know they were making a sequel to secret society of irregular witches! The first one was cute. oooh, I want to read the Familiar too! I still need to read Hell Bent. Going to make myself do that first. I'm scared about the sequel to cerulean sea also. For the same reasons. Don't mess with perfection! Great list! I haven't looked into the future too much, because I want to catch up on what I own...but some great sounding ones here!

I don't think it's a sequel to secret society of irregular witches, but has a very similar style. I still need to read Hell Bent too 🙈 I read Ninth House years ago, so will need to re-read that one first! Cerulean Sea was pure joy. I'm nervous for the second one but hoping it delivers all the cosy goodness! Thanks for watching ❤❤

I would also like to read more Brom. I'm currently reading Krampus and really enjoying it. Now I want to read all of Brom's work! How about you?

I don't think House in the Cerulean Sea really needed a sequel either...but I'm not mad about it hahaha! I can't wait!

Great video! Can I ask a possibly quite dim question? 😅 Where do you find out about all these new releases? Is it just by following the authors, word of mouth or is there a certain site/page you go to for the release info? ☺️
