A friend bought a 2018 X5, one year later engine failed, he fixed it and trade it in. What a money pit.
What is that liquid out of the exhaust pipe？coolant or engine oil?

It's engine oil/fuel. It is very normal that it comes out of the exhaust.

its water vapor/condensation water. After you park your car and the engine starts to cool down, the water vapour cools down to the water, dripping from the car’s exhaust pipe. Same thing happens during the warming up.
