An American but lived in Barcelona for about 9 months and it was incredible. It will remain in our hearts forever.

I certainly haven't been everywhere, but of the places I have been, Barcelona is right at the top of the list.

Barcelona is a great city. So weird to watch a video like this and recognize so many locations. As for restaurants, the places the locals go to are the best places. That usually applies everywhere.

Always love whenever you make videos about the cities, if you could it would be awesome to see some of the car culture in Barcelona as well

Always a good Kym film! Slightly surprised that when you took the trip to Montjuich that you didn't mention that the Spanish GP was held there back in the day? A long time ago I know - but still F1!

You are right it would make an incredible night club

I noticed the jamon in Spain was 100x better than what we get in Australia; far less salt, tender, and as you said “sweet”. It’s a great snack I wouldn’t feel guilty eating.

Love Barcelona been there twice now, glad you went for a walk around Park Güell, so much work went into the creation of the works there, I was hoping when I went back earlier in the year Sagrada Familia would be finished but the pandemic slowed the progress. I'll just have to go back a third time to see it finished! Enjoy the GP

a hidden delight of Barcelona is the Palau de la Muisca Catalana, we chanced on this wonderful building while walking the back streets, very accessible, while utterly amazing and very moving, I found the scale of Sagrada Familia made it hard to take in

Love your videos! I’m subscribed, like and often comment on each and every video. I initially followed for your F1 content and you never disappoint. But on top of your top notch F1 content I’ve really come to appreciate Your Master-craft in incorporating all of your own logistics around the whole thing. Be it travel, hotels, tourist highlights or other. Keep up the good work 👍

In 1975 took place the last spanish GP in the street circuit of Montjuich in Barcelona. It wad the last because it ended up in tragedy when a car crashed against the barriers killing four people. Before it started several pilots complained at the condition of the barriers and some of them did not start the race. The GP was suspended shortly after the accident. It also was the first, and last F1 GP in which a female pilot did score points. Back in the day F1 was more dangerous than bullfighting. Next year is the 50th anniversary but I very much doubt it will be remembered.

Great video. My wife and I are traveling to Barcelona next month and the excitement is building.

Just had a weekend stag bash in Barca. I love the city. Stayed in the Goudi hotel. Had a real fun Down the marina and beach.

Terrific video. Barcelona is one of our favorite cities to visit. We have been twice since 2019. Definitely put Gaudi’s Casa Batlló on the city’s most beautiful street, the Passeig de Gràcia, down on a must visit list - a design and architectural wonder. Then go across the street to Gaudi’s other masterpiece large building, La Pedrera - Casa Milà and visit there too. For hotels, we love the Hotel Arts on the beach. Have also stayed at the W the last time we were there in 2021 but the Hotel Arts is, to us, much nicer.

Been to Barcelona so many times but weirdly I think Madrid is a better city for dining out, nightlife, great hotels, and access to wonderful secluded old style Spanish small town life just outside the city and it's not as crowded as Barcelona and the traffic isn't standstill.

I’ve only been to Barcelona once for three days and really need to go back. Your videos gave me a few more ideas on what to see. BTW the best burger you’ll ever eat in your life can be found at La Foga in Barcelona. Highly recommended by me

Sagrada Familia is the church my architecture professor snuck into some back rooms and thrown out when they found him lol. That’s a real professor

An Australian Architect is responsible for completing the spires of the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona.

My favorite city in Europe as well. NEXt year head to the Sonar music festival for some late night fun.

Used to work in Barcelona, an incredible place, then my wife ended up preggo.. so was back to Scotland

A more hidden local place that's that busy, is usually quality. I think that goes for many countries!

If you want to see the really big ships go to the aquarium. Lance stroll used to dock Faith.

Thanks for the video tour. Added some ideas for my trip to Barcelona in October. Kym, do you know if the F1 track is open to the public outside of race events? I'd like to add it to the list of tracks I've visited and walked.

I had the most marvellous apartment in Lisbon in 2021 which had a balcony the size of a tennis court overlooking a stunning square.

You need to do a hot lap with lando or Oscar……. 😂
