Ather required more range in Normal mode - Min 135 KMs true range like OLA All EV customers and new buyers more interested in range only. They are not interested in more features, premium look, reverse breaking. We all want Range, the reason behind more booking in OLA is purely range.

So to Celebrate "their" 10 Yr anniversary they are changing close to 2 lac from customers who wanted long range and cruise control. What a waste. Whole concept of ev was affordable travelling.

Range is still the same

Ola S1 pro has this feature of reverse breaking ..but the main problems like longer charging and range anxiety are yet to be solved.

Ather Shifted from black theme to blue theme

The feature that was needed was longer range, that is compromised due to this gimmick😊

Reverse accelerate for regen is there from ather gen 1. Its just they kepy refining it over years. For me to save my brake pads and disc plates from changing frequently. I always slow down theough reverse acceleratation in my 1.5gen 450 and then to competly halt i use brake

Damn so basically ather 450 apex is a( no thermal throttling) proper functioning ola s1 pro 1st gen ola s1 pro 1st gen does 0-40 in 2.9 seconds The regen is very good tbh The boot space is very nice and the range with the regen with normal usage is around 130km on 100% charge

Apex has way lesser range max 100

Apple = Camera Ather = Speed no change in design, battery and changes that would help consumers on a mass scale.

These updates should be given to all ather models. Regen, belt cover, mudguard is a must. For 12inch wheels 100kmph is just like suicide. Acceleration up to 60kmph is matter.

What is the point in showing the transparent part, they should have added some DRL lights in it.

So glad I didn’t wait for the Apex and got the 450x HR pro last month. Paying a premium for feature(s) I’d never be using in real world conditions in a city like Bengaluru makes no sense. Besides the transparent frame and the belt cover, the rest can be OTA pushes to the existing line. About time Ather stopped playing the Apple game.

Loved it, loved it, loved it... This is the next Scooter if I ever buy one! Make a small car AtherAx!!!

The day ola releases a sporty looking looking scooter, with better handling setup. Ather will be buried. I am not saying this as a fan of any company. I would suggest ather worshippers to just test ride ola, it feels riding in a wave of torque in normal mode and dangerous in sports mode. Brakes and shocks have improved. Their outward design is kind of holding them back.

Chetak downright suvks in terms of performance, it's very sluggish and mind you it's even expensive than ather (subscriptions) why it sucks is because of it's heavy body (all metal)

Magic twist has been on ola since the start, you should try an ola with move os4. Ola will stop with regen. This may be why ola sells 4 bikes for every Ather. He did say Ather is one of the first with magic twist (Ola is the other) Waiting for your review of the Simple Dot. Please contact them and get the inside scoop. Suhas said there would be a large shipment of the One in December, but they did not show up on the sales figures of ev, with August being the last shipment of 14 bikes. How safe is the Twist? How would it compare to bikes with Combi Braking and ABS?

I like ather but until ergonomics/design for Big Rider is revised, its a big NO for me.

Instead of regenerating system they focus on more range.. my opinion.. but Apex product was amazing.. interesting..

So if the battery is empty and if my friend toe this bike with a car from behind, does the battery will going to charge If I give reverse acceleration 🤔

i also have a s1 pro but regen kicks in after 90% percent but in this ather twist it starts from 100%.We should be appreciative of new indian companies doing new and good things.

@@lgsamsung1 I appreciate it. But lying that they're 1st to implement is not acceptable. Yes Athers regen is from 100% since they have some battery cells in reserve to absorb the charge. But disadvantage is it gives a range of only 100 to 110. While ola can go 135 to 145 kms in single charge

I just limit charging to 90% using a smart plug, and get 121km range and get regen from a full charge. Ola should allow a user selectable max charge like Tesla. This is a copy of ola, and not enough to help sales of Ather

Increase the range with reduced cost existing tech that's more than enough. For a daily use vehicle no need of more speed. And if we use warp mood it runs out of battery in just 1hour.😢

It's has battery issue after 35000 battery down

EV's are just creating hype 2 wheeler scooter should range some where between 1L not more than that ofcourse it has kickass tech but what about build quality and it just has motor and battery not much mechanics involved as compared to ICE vehicle

Battery costs a lot. The price you see on road is after central gov. subsidy of around 20k. Also developing software is very costly.

Mr Jain i am from Puducherry, the sales team and management here is worst , you are putting efforts only on research and development of scooter but you have totally lost in bussiness management, there is no front desk or there is proper communication in your sales team, never been in a worst place in my life. But still I went ahead and bought the scooter. Only God can help you.
