Today was one of those summer days that we dream about and wish for all winter long. A nice mix of sun and clouds with low humidity and highs in the lower 80s F. It was so nice that the Cardinals must have decided to go with bugs for dinner. They opened up the feeder, but did not close it down. As you can see, they continue to enjoy most of the peanuts now that the squirrels are not eating most of them. Speaking of squirrels, after removing seven from the neighborhood, those that do visit the area have not figured out how to get to the feeder.
